On our website, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. In the store, we also accept personal checks, money orders, and certified checks. Personal checks, certified checks, and money orders must be in US funds and made payable to "Fiction Addiction". 



Due to the recent VAT changes, we have temporarily turned off most international shipping until we can figure out how to comply with the new regulations. We currently ship only to North America. For domestic shipments, we typically use the US Postal Service. Large shipments may be sent via FedEx. We try to ship within 2 business days of receiving your order. To determine what you will be charged for shipping and handling, please add to your shopping cart all the items you are interested in, click checkout, and follow the on-screen instructions. You will have an opportunity to cancel the order after you are shown the shipping and handling charges.



Satisfaction Guaranteed! Upon prior notice, purchases may be returned for any reason within 10 days of receipt.



Please understand that everything we sell online is also for sale in our brick-and-mortar store and thus all orders are subject to prior sale.



We hold prepaid merchandise for 30 days from either the pub date or the event date, whichever is later. If you cannot pick up within that time frame you can contact us to arrange for a longer pickup period or for merchandise to be shipped to you. If we haven't heard from you, unclaimed merchandise will either be donated or put back into our inventory.



We no longer accept trade-ins for store credit.
